Adult ADHD or Anxiety? Getting it Right
An online course for professionals
This course was created to offer high-quality, clinically relevant education on adult ADHD and anxiety, without financial barriers. As research and clinical insight have evolved, so has our understanding of how ADHD shows up, especially in adults, women, and individuals from marginalized backgrounds. This course utilizes a donation-based model to make this content available to clinicians at all stages of their careers, including those with limited financial resources. You're invited to take this course at no required cost. If you find the material helpful and are in a position to give, you can choose from a suggested donation of $15–$50, or contribute any amount that feels right. Every donation helps sustain this project and keeps it accessible to others. This is a reading-based course with no video component, so you can go at your own pace.

In the spirit of giving back, 50% of all proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project, a nonprofit offering crisis support, advocacy, and life-saving services for LGBTQ+ youth. As clinicians, we know how vital these resources are, especially for young people navigating identity, safety, and mental health. Supporting this mission feels like a natural extension of our work.

Whether you’re here to learn, grow, or give back: welcome.
