Therapy fees:
Individual therapy: $225
Couples or family therapy: $250
Assessment/testing fees:

Adult ADHD screening: $250. This will give you some data and let you know if further ADHD testing is warranted. This fee includes an interview, screening tests, and a meeting (either virtually or in-person) to go over results with you.

Adult ADHD testing (broken down into only the components you need): $250 per session. This is ideal for someone who is already working with a therapist or psychiatrist (and acordingly, already has a diagnosis) and is looking for additional diagnostic information. As this is a highly individualized approach, the clinician and client will together determine how much testing is needed.
Adult ADHD testing battery: $800. This includes a review of history, a semi-structured diagnostic interview, an array of psychological tests, a written report, and a feedback session. This level of testing is typically required by schools/workplaces to receive ADHD accommodations. Please note: We need to purchase each administration of each test from the companies that hold the copyright, so payment is due at the beginning of the first session.
Diagnostic evaluations (for mental health diagnoses) for adults: $750 (includes a diagnostic clinical interview, psychological testing, a feedback session, and a report).

Career assessment with psychological testing: $1,400 (includes career testing, psychological testing, a feedback session, and a report).

Career assessment only (no look at psychological factors): $700 (includes testing, a feedback session, and a report).
Other services: $250 per hour for other professional services you may need, though we will break down the hourly cost if we work for periods of less than one hour. Other services include: telephone conversations lasting longer than 10 minutes; report writing; attendance at meetings with other professionals you have authorized; preparation of records or treatment summaries, and the time spent performing any other service you may request of us.

If you become involved in legal proceedings that require the participation from any of our associates, you will be expected to pay for the professional time even if we are called to testify by another party. Because of the difficulty of legal involvement, we charge $500 per hour for preparation and attendance at any legal proceeding (with a half-day minimum).

We are not forensic psychologists and accordingly, are not able to provide testing for any issue(s) that are related to any type of legal matter.

We do not bill insurance. We can provide you with a "superbill" (a receipt with all the information required by insurance companies) if you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. You can call your insurance company or look online at their website to see if they will reimburse you. This tends to work better for therapy services than it does for assessment services.

We can also give you a receipt if you have a health savings plan (HSA) or a flexible spending allowance (FSA) and plan to use those funds to pay for therapy or assessment.
