Adult ADHD or Anxiety? Getting it Right
An online course for professionals
This course was created to offer high-quality, clinically relevant education on adult ADHD and anxiety—without financial barriers. As research and clinical insight have evolved, so has our understanding of how ADHD shows up—especially in adults, women, and individuals from marginalized backgrounds. This course is my way of sharing that updated, nuanced perspective with fellow clinicians at all stages of their careers, including those who may not otherwise have access to this level of content.

This donation-based model is designed to support early-career therapists, clinicians with limited financial resources, and anyone dedicated to deepening their clinical work—even when traditional CE pricing is out of reach.

You're invited to take this course at no required cost. If you find the material helpful and are in a position to give, you can choose from a suggested donation of $15–$50, or contribute any amount that feels right. Every donation helps sustain this project and keeps it accessible to others.

In the spirit of giving back, 50% of all proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project—a nonprofit offering crisis support, advocacy, and life-saving services for LGBTQ+ youth. As clinicians, we know how vital these resources are, especially for young people navigating identity, safety, and mental health. Supporting this mission feels like a natural extension of our work.

Whether you’re here to learn, grow, or give back—welcome.
