Meet the Team
CLary Tepper, Ph.D.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental and School Psychology from Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, PA, and have over 25 years of experience in the field. I am a Connecticut transplant living in California, and I am licensed in both CA and CT. I bring a relational, client-centered approach to therapy, and enjoy providing supervision and consultation to early-career therapists. I am a certified master scuba diver and can often be found exploring the depths of the ocean in my free time.

Robert Mitscha, M.A.
I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from California Northstate University, and I am currently completing my doctoral training in the program. I approach therapy with authenticity, curiosity, and a grounded presence. I have a special interest in working with adults with ADHD and love the energy, insight, and creativity they bring to session. In my free time, you’ll likely find me rock climbing, mountain biking, or playing music in Sacramento’s underground scene.
